Meltwater Buzz 2.5 Release
As many of you may know, 2011 has been a very busy year for Meltwater Buzz. We’ve worked hard on bringing you social engagement features in our newest product, the Engage Module. We have also been busy enhancing our entire social monitoring and engagement platform with last week’s latest release, Buzz 2.5! What’s New in Buzz?
The Buzz 2.5 release brings many of our customers’ most sought-after features to our social media monitoring and engagement platform. New Meltwater Buzz features include:
Filter Campaign Results by Country. Now you can view your campaign search results by sentiment, media type, language, and location. Simply filter your campaign searches for mentions of your product by location and view the posts from the countries of your choice.
Daily Report Actions. See something in your Daily Report that requires immediate action? No problem. With Buzz 2.5, click on a post’s action item link and you are taken to that specific post in Buzz. That’s what we call workflow efficiency!
Data Exporting. We’ve lifted prior limitations on the data exporting options in Meltwater Buzz and have added new capabilities as well. We know how much our customers just love their data.
What’s New in the Engage Module?
The Engage Module empowers you to take you social monitoring strategy to the next level—true social engagement with their audience. The 2.5 release brings even more features to the Engage Module for you to fall in love with!
Contact Database. We are particularly excited about the amazing new capabilities that the contact database brings to the Engage Module. Hand-in-hand with the Engage Module’s deep social profiles, the new Contacts features allow you to understand, manage, segment and target your audience with ease and efficiency. Cultivate your social community with all the intelligence that Meltwater Buzz brings!
Real-Time Alerts. No matter where you are working in Buzz or the Engage Module, you will receive a pop-up notification each time you receive an @-reply/mention or Direct Message on Twitter or a comment or Wall post on your Facebook page. Click on the link to respond right away!
Geo-Targeted Facebook Posts. Did you know that you can now target a wall post on your Facebook page to appear only to “fans” from a specific country? This new Facebook feature is now enabled in the Engage Module!
Post Pictures. With the latest update to Engage Module, you can now post and share photos in both Twitter and Facebook! Link your TwitPic account to Engage and you’re good to go for Twitter. With Facebook, your albums are automatically accessible once you link your Facebook page with Engage!
Additional Reporting. The latest update to our platform brings the reporting capabilities of Buzz into the Engage Module. Receive a summary of all your social engagement in an exportable PDF or Excel document.
New Administrative Features
The latest release, Buzz 2.5, brings numerous new administrative features to the platform. New capabilities were added to user management, campaign sharing and management of multiple companies.
